100,000th badge completed on iDEA!

The iDEA platform has hit the impressive milestone of 100,000 badges completed...that's enough badges for everybody who saw Drake at the O2, as well as all the fans who watched England play Brazil at Wembley Stadium!

We are extremely proud that the 100,000th badge completed was created here at Digital Marmalade – The Teamwork Badge - and we’re honoured that Kendra (aged 10) from Sketty Primary School in Swansea (Wales) happened to choose our badge for the landmark occasion.

The fact that this great initiative from HRH The Duke of York has caught the imagination of over 20,000 people in such a short time is testament to a great idea, which really is making a difference by helping people develop digital and enterprise skills. We are proud to be part of the team making resources and helping iDEA get ever closer to the target of 1 million completed badges within 5 years.

So we look forward, with great anticipation, to the next ‘Kendra’ and seeing which badge from the huge (and growing) collection will take that honour.

With more badges in the pipeline for 2018 we will be doing our bit to help reach the target and hopefully it will be another DM creation!

Well done one and all – especially Kendra.
